Fee payment

US$70 = submission fee for ALL authors. Checks are preferred. Checks must be drawn on a bank in the United States. Other checks cannot be collected due to high cost.

The fee is NOT waived for authors in developing countries. I understand that the fee is not refundable when my paper is withdrawn.

 

There is a $30 penalty for all returned checks and incorrect credit card payments.
