to Authors1. Papers must be written in English. Submit (i) one hard copy and a diskette containing a PDF file of the manuscript via mail, or (ii) e-mail a PDF file of the manuscript to the editor: Professor E. The submission fee is 70 USD for all authors. Checks or money orders made payable to RIE should accompany the manuscript. Manuscripts should be no more than 35 double-spaced typewritten pages. The RIE style guides can be obtained from RIE homepage.
Submission of paper will be taken to imply that the paper represents an original work not previously published, or being considered elsewhere for publication. Upon acceptance of a paper, authors will be asked to transfer copyright of the article to the publisher. The editors do not accept responsibility for damage or loss of papers submitted.
2. The cover page of the manuscript should contain (i) the title and (ii) the name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s). At the bottom of this page, provide the name, address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address of the corresponding author. Include an abstract of not more than 100 words on a separate page. The first page of the text should not reveal the name(s) of the author(s).
Page proofs will be sent to the authors. Corrections other than printer's errors may be charged to the author. Offprints are available in minimum quantities of 25 if ordered when the proof is returned; five copies are supplied to the first-named authors.
